All classes are run by experienced Physiotherapists at our dedicated studio in the heart of Retford.
With a maximum of 11 per class (8 for gym ball classes & 12 for seated and neurological classes), the content will be tailored with your personal requirements in mind so you gain maximum benefit from each class.
Our Pilates classes are ideal for: back, neck and shoulder issues, during pregnancy and post-natally, improving balance and posture, increasing strength and muscle tone, pelvic floor issues, rehabilitation following recent injury or surgery, and more.
Classes run in 6-8 week courses, and a Physiotherapy assessment is essential prior to your first class.
Initail assessment (55 minutes): £50
Mat-based (55 minutes) & Gym Ball (45 minutes) Pilates classes: £7.50 - booked and paid for in blocks of 6-8 classes
Seated and Neurological Pilates classes (35-40 minutes): £5 - booked and paid for in blocks of 6-8 classes
Private Pilates sessions are also available.
