Laneham Village Hall is a quaint building, a converted Victorian Village School.  It is modest, pleasant and practical, and available for hire.

On the first Saturday day every month, from 11 till 12.30pm, the villagers hold a 'Bookies & Cookies' event, with home made cakes, fresh coffee and access to the mini-library where you can borrow a book for 30p.  It's extremely popular and very well attended.

Laneham Village Hall has a well-equipped kitchen.  The main hall can cater for 50 people dining at tables.   Currently, the villagers organise a monthly cinema, which is very popular, and seats around 40 viewers.
