Pilates is a gentle, controlled movement method which focuses on posture, core strength and mobility. It teaches movement patterns which minimise stresses and tensions on the body and is highly effective in both the treatment and prevention of injury.

Natalie incorporates a combination of standing and floor-based exercises to develop functional core strength and joint stability and to ensure any new patterns of movement transition in daily activities.
