Langold Country Park

A cricular walk around Langold Lake, Wallingwalls, Carlton-in-Lindrick and Hodsock

Meet at Farmfoods car park, Memorial Avenue, Worksop

Full details about this walk can be found on the Rambers website here.

Worksop Walking Group

Friendly group offering a varied programme of walks most Sundays and approximately two Thursday a month, plus evening walks on Wednesdays in the summer.

The Ramblers charity is an association of people and groups coming together to enjoy walking and other outdoor pursuits but also to ensure that we protect and expand the infrastructure and places available for people to go walking.

If you fancy getting out into the countryside for a long walk or to enjoy a short stroll and discover your local urban areas, there are hundreds of Ramblers walks across the UK every single week.

And it's not just about walking - many walks have a specific purpose behind them - there are Pub Walks, Seasonal Walks, Winter Wonderland Walks, Winter Foraging Walks and the Ramblers even hold a fortnight Festival of Winter Walks

The Ramblers association invites you to try out any of their walks for free and once you’ve experienced the fun, enjoyment and exhilaration why not consider becoming a member?

There's far more to the Ramblers than just walking - visit their website and find a wealth of information and walks.  It's an opportunity to get out and discover your local area, meet new people and generally become more active.  And if you don't want to join a group there are around 3,000 walking routes across the country available through their online library.
